    This program integrates into every aspect of your law practice. When the client comes in for the first interview, an information form is filled out with information necessary for the first handling of the client's matter. File labels are printed and his monthly billing is set up. Settings of the matters are entered, notes are made in the files. Adverse parties and attorneys are entered for quick reference. The Court, its contact information and the cause number are available for quick reference. At the end of the month, you print out bills to send to all clients. At the end of the matter you enter a summary and a closing date. Print and deliver the final bill.

    Docket Management

    Case settings, appointments and other time management schedules are simple to enter and manipulate in your office calendar. Both current and archived data is searchable. Maintain events for specific staff as well as for "all staff"

    Client Information

    Complete the first interview form which contains sufficient preliminary data to determine the extent of the legal problem and prepare initial documents. When you create the client file, client billing is also initialized with client's address.

    File Organization

    Set up the client's file, including photograph, with separate file numbers for each file. Print out the labels for the files and the boxes that contain the files. Each file contains specific information as to that file, including the address and telephone numbers of the adverse attorney and his client as well as the Court.

    Time Tracker

    Easily enter the time you spend on the file with detailed summary of your work. Bill time in tenths of an hour if desired. Use different hourly rates for different staff members. Use time as billable hours or just file work hours.

    Detailed Billing

    Client billing can be set up for one bill for each individual matter or for all matters. Unlimited description of charges and credits. Handles trust account balances and retainer credits. Maintains an archive of all past billings to the client.

    Telephone Loging, Messages & Directory

    Maintain a telephone book with numbers and data of Attorneys, Judges, Clients and any other individual needed. Messaging system as reminder to make call or return a call received. Archived telephone calls fully searchable to locate the matters in the past.

    Deadline List

    Maintain a "to do list" of events and the date when you want to accomplish the task. Past due tasks are shown in RED. Lists can be maintained for individual staff members.
