Set up the client's file, including photograph, with separate file numbers for each file. Print out the labels for the files and the boxes that contain the files. Each file contains specific information as to that file, including the address and telephone numbers of the adverse attorney and his client as well as the Court.

Telephone Loging, Messages & Directory
Maintain a telephone book with numbers and data of Attorneys, Judges, Clients and any other individual needed. Messaging system as reminder to make call or return a call received. Archived telephone calls fully searchable to locate the matters in the past.
Deadline List
Maintain a "to do list" of events and the date when you want to accomplish the task. Past due tasks are shown in RED. Lists can be maintained for individual staff members.
